Following the acrimonious social media meltdown between Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian, which saw Rob posting nude photos of Chyna and accusing her of drug abuse and cheating on him, a California court granted the “video vixen” temporary restraining order against her ex-fiancé.
The court order was issued Monday by the Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner James E. Blancarte and will be in effect until the hearing which has been set for August 8.
According to Chyna’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, the court has imposed “very strong and enforceable restraining orders” that prohibits Rob Kardashian from “coming near her and restraining him from cyber bullying.”
“We had a complete and total victory. The judge gave us everything we asked for, which is a set of very strong and enforceable restraining orders against Rob Kardashian,” Bloom said outside the courthouse. “Revenge porn is a form of domestic abuse, it is also a crime in California and 38 other states, and it is a civil wrong.”
“I was devastated, of course,” Chyna said speaking to ABC News on Monday. “This is a person that I trusted. . . . I felt comfortable, you know, with even sending these pictures and even talking to him about certain things.”
The row between the ex-lovers took a nasty turn on Wednesday when Rob posted a series of nude pictures of his ex-fiancée accusing her of cheating on him on a number of occasions.
“This is from Chyna yesterday to me,” Rob captioned one of the explicit photos. “I never been so disrespected in my life. I just bought her 250K of jewelry yesterday. This woman is so disrespectful and I don’t care.”
Rob followed it up with a series of posts, accusing Chyna of hooking up with a man soon after she sent him a nude photo of herself.
“This is the dude Chyna got caught cheating on me with for a minute now,” he lamented in the post sharing pics of messages he had received. “And look he texted me asking for help and said he needed money cuz he can’t afford to pay Chyna’s bill so that’s why I pay her bills.”
Another post from him read:
“More receipts are coming. Just yesterday Chyna sent me her p—y and everything and said she gonna come f–k me … wait for it. Never once have I cheated on Chyna and I remained loyal to her even after all the cheating she been doing and the multiple men she been f–king including me.”
In yet another post he wrote that the man (Chyna’s alleged lover) threatened him with Chyna’s exposure if he didn’t pay him off bemoaning that the man sent photos of himself in the bed that he once shared with Chyna.
“This the dude that posted a pic in the same bed Chyna and I made our baby in,” Kardashian wrote. “The house that I pay for. That robe i prob paid for. Imma send u messages from this dude asking to link with me or he gonna expose Chyna if I don’t help him get money cuz he can’t handle the bills to take care of Chyna. Lol.”
Instagram was forced to block his account as he kept re-posting nude pics of Chyna even as Instagram kept on removing the offensive posts.
While speaking to the Daily News an Instagram spokesperson said: “At Instagram, we value maintaining a safe and supportive space for our community and we work to remove reported content that violates our guidelines.”
In December last year, Black Chyna was looking to drop her name in favor of Angela Renee Kardashian, her soon-to-be-married name, amidst allegations from the Kardashian sisters Khloe, Kourtney, and Kim, that it was a Kardashian-trademark-exploitation ploy.
A week or so later all she dropped was Rob Kardashian from her life instead of her name, accusing him of hacking her account and posting nasty stuff about her.
Accusations flew left, right, and center between the estranged couple, even then, with Chyna alleging that Rob had mental health issues and refused to seek help while Rob wept and complained about Chyna breaking his heart and taking their daughter Dream away from him.
As far as fans are concerned that should have been the end of it, but it was not to be as the bitterness between the two just grew in the intervening months and has now found its way into the corridors of justice.
