Ex-Con Jeremy Meeks is Divorcing Wife Melissa of 8 Years –Reason? Chloe Green? Oh Yes! No Two Ways about It!

Ex-convict and “buff bad boy” fashion model Jeremy Meeks, 39, has filed for divorce from Melissa Meeks, his 38-year-old wife of eight years and mother of their seven-year-old-son Jeremy Jr.

Citing irreconcilable differences in his divorce petition, the ex-con-turned-model is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their son, while his romance with Topshop heiress Chloe Green, 26, continues unabated and full steam ahead. The two lovebirds have been romancing the devil out of each other all around the world – Los Angeles, Barbados, Israel!

Back in July this year, the “Hot Felon” filed for separation just weeks after he was caught on camera making out with Green as they cruised the Mediterranean off the Turkish coast.

BTW, Green happens to be the daughter of controversial Brit billionaire Sir Phillip Green, Chairman of the retail company Arcadia Group, which owns Topshop, Topman, Wallis, and Dorothy Perkins, among other top retail outlets.

In her response to the divorce filing, Melissa, who is a nurse by profession, is seeking spousal support and has requested termination of the court’s ability to award spousal support to her estranged husband. Reportedly, she is also seeking sole legal and physical custody of their son, with visitation rights for Jeremy.

Melissa has two children from a previous relationship/marriage. Daughter Ellie,16, and son Robert, 11.

A source told E! News that the couple was going through a nasty divorce and that “Jeremy wants to marry Chloe eventually. He wants to make sure everything is sealed shut with his ex first. Jeremy has changed and moved on from his wife. He wants to focus on the future with Chloe. He will always support his children. He is very in love with Chloe. Chloe family treats and supports them as a couple.”

Prior to the filing, Melissa was overcome with emotion during an interview on the TV show Inside Edition while speaking about her cheating ex.

“I was in shock, I didn’t really know what to think,” she said. “I’m hurt, I feel like I have lost…,” this is when her emotions got the better of her and she abruptly walked out, mid-interview – her unfinished sentence saying a lot!

“The first I learned of it was when I woke up and checked my phone,” Mellisa said in a “Daily Mail” interview published on July 8.”Some random person I don’t know sent a direct message with the photograph of my husband kissing that woman. I went into shock. I felt nauseated.”

She went on to tell the publication that “It was like a bomb had gone off and my whole world had been blown apart. I’d never heard of Chloe Green. I thought Jeremy was working,”

“We talked about divorce. I told him I didn’t think the marriage could be saved. He agreed. The marriage is over,” the nurse told Daily Mail adding that Green was as much to blame for the affair as Jeremy.

“I know it takes two to tango but she knew he was married. To me, that’s unforgivable. My whole world has been torn apart by this. What do I tell our children? My heart is broken.”

Ironically, Jeremy Meeks owes his fame to infamy!

The ex-felon turned fashion model became a household name soon after the police posted his mug shot on FB, following his 2014 arrest during a gang sweep in Stockton, California.

Needless, to say the “hot” mugshot went viral, bringing him instant fame and a more-than-lucrative career in fashion modeling after his release from the Mendota Federal Correctional Institution in March 2016.

Those who don’t know already will not really be surprised to learn that the cheating hunk was not new to doing time at the time of his 2014 arrest. He had already served a two-year-sentence in a California Prison on a 2002 ‘robbery and corporal injury’ conviction – he had violently assaulted a teenager.

It was around this time that he confessed to being a member of some Northside Gangster Crips.
